Conduct first article inspections on production parts Tool & fixture calibration Maintenance logs for, both preventive and service of machinery Train other personnel on various measurement equipment and methods Proper documentation and job logging on travelers and system Adherence to AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9100 quality systems Ensure compliance at all times to safety guidelines.
Collaborate and support shop activities to ensure on-time delivery of products Proper documentation of inspections and first articles Generate certificates Of Compliance Maintain machine inspection logs and ensure documentation is in order at all times.
