Foundry Maintenance Millwright (Jacksonville, AL)
1st shift must be able to work other shifts
Pay depends on experience $16.00 - $20.00

Duties:
Troubleshoots repairs or replaces pneumatic, hydraulic, and other machinery and mechanical equipment throughout the foundry.
Conducts preventative maintenance, clean lube, and inspect equipment.
Examines parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear
Observes and tests the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions.
Performs work in the mechanic's skill area such as fabrication, assembly, welding, burning, cutting, basic turning basic milling, and pipefitting.
Completes required documentation
Performs other work as required in support of general repair activity
Comply with all safety and PPE requirements as identified by plant policies
Education, Experience and Ability Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Ability to effectively organize multiple tasks
Prior knowledge of green sand foundry practices, principles, equipment, etc. preferred
Minimum of 3 years Industrial Foundry Maintenance experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience and/ or Training in the following:
Disa Molding
Hartley Controls
B&P Mullor
Electrical Melting
Hydraulic system
Troubleshooting skills
