Duties:
Perform all programing and repair of robotic work centers
Assist troubleshooting and maintaining foundry equipment
Robotic programming, troubleshooting, repair and PLC programming
Document and organize all technical details
Optimize equipment and minimize downtime
Education, Experience and Ability Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, Vocational or Technical College or equivalent experience
2-5 years workable experience and knowledge of Robots, Fanuc, ABB, and KUKA etc
Knowledge and ability to utilize a PC and related software
Ability to troubleshoot robotic work center
Understand communication between PLC and robot integration
Must have ability to program, startup, troubleshooting, and repair robots
Robot and PLC interface code development and debug experience
Experience with Automation Network Interfaces for data and control
Must be able to understand technical manuals and specifications
PLC experience and/ or training
Preferred Qualifications
CAD/CAM experience preferred
Motor controls experience and/ or training
Foundry background
