Production Technician Supervisor
Company in Jacksonville looking for experienced Production Technician. 2-3 shift rotation.
Required Experience and Knowledge:
Must have experience with CNC machining of metals and castings
Must be able to edit & modify CNC programs
Must have experience with production milling and drilling equipment and production
Must posses problem solving skills and familiarity with ISO9001, ISO/TS 16949
Must have computer skills and basic MS office experience.
Previous supervisory experienced required
Experience with Centerless grinding, cutting tool selection and performance trials, rotary transfer machines, adjusting or maintaining non-synchronous assembly systems, basic machine repair, and basic understanding of hydraulics/pneumatics and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
Supervise hourly staff
Enforce safety Rules and plant cleanliness
ensure hourly staff follows all product quality procedures
Enforce company policies
Work with Technician group to make sure all customer shipments are made on time
Assist operators in maintaining processes - cycle time and meeting quality requirements
Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment
