Centers is currently operating campus recreation centers at eight universities within the United States.
Essential Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests. Responsible for trip preparation, logistic planning, preparing for pre-trip meetings, well prepared on time trip departures, and trip equipment preparation. Enforce all policies while keeping participants safe.

Maintains the policies and procedures assigned to the Outdoor Adventure Rental Outpost
Serves as a representative of University Recreation in dealing effectively with patrons and employees
Trip duties include obtaining necessary permits, booking campsites, securing transportation, conducting pre-trip meetings, and ensuring first aid kits are well-maintained
Oversees the daily operations of the Outdoor Adventure Rental Outpost, ensuring a safe and efficiently operated environment for patrons and employees
Displays a positive, enthusiastic and professional demeanor when interacting with URC patrons and staff
Performs routine administrative duties, including report generation and daily user information
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Degree seeking student at JSU.
Leadership and supervisory abilities.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of standard practices in adventure recreation, outdoor pursuits, and recreational sports.
Ability to thrive in an environment that values high expectations, accountability, and balanced lifestyles.

Technical Competencies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to gain knowledge of Spectrum CSI software

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
